1. ADIRECTRIDE's Insurance carrier must approve all new chauffeurs.
2. A background check is obtained before being accepted.

3. All of our drivers are required to obtain a commercial drivers license, minimum of a class C, with a passenger endorsement.
4. Each chauffeur must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to their providing service as well as randomly through-out the year.

5. All chauffeurs are required to wear black suits, white shirts and black ties.
6. All chauffeurs are equipped with multiple options of communication to assure quick response for transportation changes as they occur.

7. Our operation managers train all new chauffeurs personally and addresses the day to day concerns and questions of each and every chauffeur.
